Built for Productivity and Technology

The VT-100 is designed to help operators improve productivity while working comfortably. Its vertical-lift design makes it a strong fit for loading trucks, handling material, grading, and applications where lift height and rated capacity matter. New technology features such as auto two-speed, loader and bucket return-to-positioning, speed-sensitive ride control, adjustable operator profiles, and the 7-inch color display help make the machine easier and more efficient to use.

Power and Hydraulic Performance

The VT-100 is powered by a 103.5 hp Tier 4 Final Yanmar diesel engine built for reliable, efficient, and powerful performance. Standard high-flow hydraulics deliver up to 41 gpm, with large line sizes, hydraulic coolers, and direct-drive pumps designed to transfer more flow and pressure directly to the attachment while reducing power loss. With a 3,500 lb rated operating capacity and 10,000 lb tipping load, the VT-100 is built to handle demanding work and high-performance attachments.

ASV Posi-Track® Undercarriage

The VT-100 uses ASV’s patented Posi-Track® rubber-track suspension with suspended wheels and axles. This undercarriage is designed to deliver smoother travel, strong traction, faster speeds, and low ground pressure. With 18-inch tracks, 71 inches of track on the ground, and a 2,556 square-inch ground contact area, the VT-100 provides confident performance across varied terrain while maintaining just 4.0 psi of ground pressure.

Operator Comfort and Visibility

The VT-100 is built around operator comfort and visibility. The MAX-Series design includes premium 360-degree visibility, a mechanical suspension seat, adjustable controls, a foot throttle, cup holder, phone holder, roof panel, roof insulation, rear window, and available all-weather cab with curved glass door. The smooth ride from the Posi-Track undercarriage, optional ride control, and the 7-inch display help create a more comfortable and productive operating experience throughout the workday.

Serviceability and Technology

The VT-100 is designed to support uptime with convenient service access and advanced machine technology. ASV backs its Posi-Track loaders with a 2-year / 2,000-hour warranty that includes a no-derailment guarantee and track coverage for the warranty period. The VT-100 can also incorporate Yanmar’s optional SmartAssist telematics system, which can provide error detection and notifications, real-time operational status updates, daily work reports, and integrated theft protection.

Controls and Display

The VT-100 uses electronic joystick controls with selectable ISO or H pattern settings, adjustable operator profiles, and adjustable speeds. Engine speed is controlled with a standard foot pedal and optional hand dial. The 7-inch deluxe color machine display shows key information including fuel level, tachometer, engine temperature, hour meter, battery, trip meter, hydraulic temperature, water temperature, and multiple language options.

Best-Fit Applications

The ASV VT-100 is well suited for operators who need a powerful vertical-lift compact track loader with high-flow hydraulics, strong rated capacity, advanced controls, and low ground pressure. Common applications include:
  • Construction
  • Landscaping
  • Loading and material handling
  • Grading and site preparation
  • Attachment-driven applications
  • Snow removal
  • Roadside and municipal work
  • Commercial property maintenance
  • Heavy-duty compact loader work
  • Jobs requiring high-flow hydraulic attachments
  • Jobsites where lift height and loading performance matter
  • Work in conditions where traction and low ground pressure are important
